NEW Tour: Double the Fun!
It’s exciting the announce our NEW TOUR to all our friends and guests. And as do most of our tours, it’s concept came from our guests. You
loved our food tours but wanted to see the wine country and taste wines in that setting without having to spend a full day touring. We came up with a solution: it’s called the “Double the Fun” tour because it takes the best of both tours – our food tour and our full day wine tour and creates something entirely new and special.
We are starting the tour in Paso Robles, but if all goes well we plan to expand it down to San Luis Obispo as well. The tour starts at one of our favorite eateries in historic downtown Paso Robles, where we enjoy food and wine and learn a bit about the history of the area, town and local wine industry. We also spend this time to get to know YOU. What kind of wine you favor, what kind of a tasting room experience you seek, and whether you have any ideas where you might like to visit for wine tasting. Talk about a personalized tour – this is it!
Next we join up in our 350R MBZ van for a comfortable ride out to the wineries – and we’ll be visiting two. You’ll enjoy the beauty of the area, and that carefree feeling knowing that every matter has been taken care of for you. No worries about how to get to where you are going, or having to drive after a few wine tastings or even how much your tasting fees will amount to … because we’ve got this ALL covered for you. You’ll spend the afternoon learning about and enjoying fine wines, with as much or as little input and commentary as you would like from your tour guide. We’re there to guide and support your outing, not overwhelm or abandon you to the experience.
Time permitting, we’ll even plan a stop to one of our olive oil farms for an olive oil tasting. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about and taste real, freshly pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
It’s been a full day but it’s not over until we return to town and spend a relaxing respite over tapas and Sangria at another of our favorite restaurants in town. We’ll enjoy a table full of tapas as we further unwind and share stories of our day’s adventures. It’s a perfect ending to a day among friends in Paso Robles Wine Country!
