Here we are in Paso Robles, and wine tasting occur in all sorts of places. On our private tours, we often enjoy a stop at the LXV Barn. We’re talking a rustic undertaking on Willow Creek Road in Templeton. The barn is over 100 years old with rose vines growing through cracks in the barn opening. The owners are Neeta and Kunal Mittal – a wonderfully warm and storied couple.
The Mittal’s are the owners of LXV wines. Their downtown, sensually colored tasting room, is located on 14th and Pine st. in Paso Robles. It’s a “must do” when in Paso Robles. What makes this place special are their sophisticated wines and their, most novel, spice pairings.
Add the mojo of the place, and you just might find yourself relaxing on the super comfy couches and drifting off to a most happy …land.
